 From: <AlfredZ@aol.com>

Mauro, I'll go to your website in a minute, but I thought you would have the answer to this: a while back I found a Nina CD that included a song I never knew she had recorder or sang, The Man With A Horn. It is an absolute favorite among my favorite torch songs. I've tried to find the CD again, but no luck.
Can you supply name, label, etc?

    alfred

The CD is Saga of the Good Life

Would you be able to tell me: what was the song by Nina Simone that featured in the Assassin with Bridget Fonda?

Who sang "Children, Go Where I Send Thee?  It is a wonderful song, but I don't know who sings it or where I can buy the CD.

Thank you in advance for answering my request.

From: "Frédéric HAHN" <frederic@net4u.be>

    Hello,

    I'm a Garage/House deejay and I've seen 2 covers of Nina's See-Line Woman song this year.
The first (commercial) by People Movers (C-Lime Woman)
The second (deep house) by The Songstress featuring original samples from Nina.

I wanted to know in which year Nina sung this song. Was she the first one to sing it or did she cover this song as well ?

Thank you very much for your help...
    Frederic HAHN.

    Dear Mauro,

a few days ago I listened to a tune on the radio, that was prabably by Nina
    Simone.
Unfortunately, I wasn`t able to get the title.
The only thing I remember is a part of the text, that says:" .... It´s a
new morning (day?), and I feel good (fine)."

I know thats not much of it, but if you could help me finding the title of
that song, I would be very happy.

Thanx, very much and Greetinx from rainy Hannover.

    Ulrike :-))

The song is Feeling Good.

Ciao Mauro-- Grazie per le pagine! I wonder if you could help me find the name/lyrics to a song, and tell me what CD it is on. An old friend of mine made me a mixed tape with this song on it: most of the lyrics are in French, but some are in English. When she is in English, part of the lyrics are "When he takes me in his arms, with his love for me, everything is lovely. It's him for me and me for him, and it's for real, what i feel"

    Any ideas? multi grazie!

    Hi,

I believe that a Nina Simone song was recently used by Ford for their Mondeo ad. Do you know which song this was, and on which album I could find it?

Thank you very much for your help.

    Hello,

I'm contacting you for a question. I didn't know Nina Simone until I watch the movie " No return" and I heard her voice. I would like to know which song track plays in that movie. I believe it is " Wild is the wind " but I am not sure.

Thanks for the information Merci beaucoup pour l'information !

Hello I am attempting to answer the following question for a library patron. I would appreciate any help you can give us.

Patron is looking for the title of two songs and thier recording artists. The songs were lip synched to on the Cosby Show. The patron thinks Nina Simone recorded one or both. One song used the word candy alot and the other brown sugar.

I know this is very sketchy info. but any thoughts???

    Thanks, PeeplesC@aol.com

I was breathless when I heard the song featured in the movie POINT OF NO RETURN.  I purchased three  of Nina's CD's.  I keep  missing the song.
Could you please submit the tile/track of the song featured in the movie and the title of the CD.  Nina's voice, the words and music struck me like no other form of sound.
